I loved how close the hotel was to the forum shopping mall! it was only a block away. the gym has everything i needed. i am planning to duplicate the bathroom and shower in my beach house. It was that great. the indoor pool was clean and well kept, too.
The front desk staff was literally rude and disrespectful. i waited for five hours after all day travel for early check-in. They didn't even offer a bottle of water! the lady on the front desk gave me lame excuses.

Really good Hotel Experience

The location is great. A large shopping center and metro station are nearby. The breakfast was rich and varied. The bed was comfortable. Staff provided parking lot service. The room was clean and the interior was very good.
The spa closed very early. I could not benefit from it.

Kazim at the spa gave excellent service. He was very helpful. He helped me with a tour of the gym, the Turkish bath, and the steam room. The front office members Emre, Furkan, and Ozan were especially perfect, and I can't wait to return.

the breakfast buffet was very standard. it lacked creativity. the bed sheets were old fashioned. the mattress could cause backache.
